Refund Policy

All sales are final. Here's what that means and what to do if something goes wrong.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — lyophilized research peptides and compounds — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any orders once they have been shipped. This policy exists to maintain the integrity and safety of our research-grade compounds.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Peptides and research chemicals are sensitive biological compounds. Once a product leaves our facility, we have no way to verify that it has been stored correctly, handled appropriately, or that its integrity has been maintained. Accepting returned products would compromise the quality and safety standards we hold ourselves to — and could potentially create liability for every party in the chain.

For this reason, all purchases are considered final at the time of shipment and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under normal circumstances.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged due to mishandling during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@maxxlabs.com with the following:

We will review your claim and, if verified, will work with you to arrange a replacement. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without photographic evidence cannot be honored.

Incorrect Orders

If we ship the wrong product — meaning a product that differs from what you ordered — please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@maxxlabs.com with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. We will verify the error and ship the correct product at no additional cost.

Please do not use or alter an incorrectly shipped product, as this may affect our ability to process your claim.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and building management, and allow one additional business day. If the package is still missing, contact us at info@maxxlabs.com and we will initiate a carrier investigation. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier's investigation process.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been packed and handed off to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at info@maxxlabs.com if you need to cancel an order.
